Navigating ARFID Together

What to Expect

Experience a supportive 6-week group designed to help caregivers better understand ARFID, build confidence around mealtimes, and learn practical tools grounded in evidence-based treatment approaches.

❋ Intentional Structure

Each session is thoughtfully designed to build upon the last, providing caregivers with practical knowledge, evidence-based strategies, and opportunities for reflection. The group follows a clear roadmap so participants leave each week with tools they can begin using right away.

❋ Collaborative Energy

You don't have to navigate ARFID alone. This group creates space for caregivers to learn from one another, share experiences, ask questions, and gain perspective from others who understand the unique challenges of supporting a child with feeding difficulties.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Led by a therapist with specialized training and experience in eating and feeding disorders, this group combines current research, clinical expertise, and a compassionate approach to caregiver support. Discussions are guided with both professionalism and understanding.

❋ A Supportive Space

Parenting a child with feeding concerns can feel overwhelming, isolating, and exhausting. This group offers a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where caregivers can receive validation, build confidence, and connect with others who truly understand the journey.
