In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other. You’ll share what brings you in, and I’ll ask some gentle questions about your goals, history, and what support feels like for you. It’s a low-pressure space—just a chance to begin building trust and seeing if we’re a good fit.
-
Finding the right fit matters. That’s why I offer a free consultation where you can ask questions, share a bit about what you’re looking for, and get a feel for how I work. If it feels aligned, we’ll move forward together—at your pace.
-
I specialize in working with individuals navigating body image concerns, eating struggles, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self-worth. I also offer therapy that’s affirming for those healing from diet culture or seeking deeper meaning and connection in their lives.
-
I offer both! You can choose the format that feels safest and most accessible to you—whether that's meeting in the office in Elm Grove office or connecting virtually from the comfort of your home.
-
My work is rooted in an existential-humanistic perspective, which means I focus on your values, identity, and life experiences to support healing and growth. I also use tools from ACT, DBT, and CBT to meet your needs in real, practical ways. My practice is HAES-aligned, weight-inclusive, and always centered around your unique story.

Individual sessions are $120. I also offer equitable pay options that provides accessible care starting at $40 for individual therapy. These rates are based on your determination of financial status and supported by the generosity of the community members who participate in mutual aid. During our consultation, we can discuss what works best for you.

Great question! Therapy often focuses on healing from past experiences, processing emotions, and improving mental health. Coaching, on the other hand, is more present and future-focused—we’ll work on building skills, setting goals, and enhancing your performance or well-being in specific areas of life. Both are supportive and growth-oriented, just in different ways. Think of therapy as deep inner healing, and coaching as purposeful forward movement.

Mental performance coaching is for anyone who wants to optimize their mindset, whether you're an athlete, performer, student, or simply someone striving to function at your best. It's especially helpful for those wanting to build confidence, manage stress, improve focus, and show up more fully in high-pressure moments.
-
In coaching, we start by identifying your goals—like managing performance anxiety, improving concentration, or developing self-trust. Then, we work collaboratively to build tools and strategies that align with your values and help you show up with intention. Sessions are action-oriented, supportive, and always personalized to your needs.
-
It depends. If you're looking to build practical tools and skills while maintaining overall wellness, coaching can absolutely be beneficial. However, if you’re working through deeper emotional challenges, therapy might be more supportive. We can talk through this together and figure out what feels best for you.
-
Yes! You can choose between one-on-one coaching for personalized support or group coaching to learn and grow alongside others. Both options focus on skill-building, community, and personal development—whether it’s in sport, school, creative work, or everyday life.
